Lucas Ullmann joined Colquhoun Murphy in 2026 and has been an admitted solicitor since mid 2024. He completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame, and a Graduate Certificate of Law at the Australian National University, and is currently completing a Masters of International Law and Diplomacy. Lucas has experience in Personal Injury Law at a boutique firm and a large national firm, which has led him to practice law in most Australian jurisdictions. But now practices in a variety of areas including Commercial Advice, Transactions and Litigation.

 

Career Highlight:

While it is difficult to pinpoint one highlight, especially as Lucas’ career is not over yet, he finds it particularly rewarding to reach a negotiated settlement with the other side in cases. It goes to show that collaborative discussion tends to lead to the best outcomes.
