Dominique Yap joined the team at Colquhoun Murphy in 2021 when she graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations. Throughout her years at university, Dominique worked hard to develop her skills in advocacy through her involvement in mooting competitions.

 

An eager young lawyer, Dominique quickly proved herself willing to assist in a wide range of matters and learn from the considerable experience and wisdom of her colleagues. She is passionate about assisting clients to meet their goals and is not afraid to take on a new challenge.

Dominique is the secretary of the ACT Branch of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA), an association dedicated to advancing and advocating for cultural diversity within the legal profession.
